Terms and Conditions – Prezzo £10 & £20 Voucher Promotion

Buymobiles which is a trading style of A1 Comms Ltd – Prezzo £10 & £20 Voucher Promotion Terms and Conditions.

1.If you are an Eligible Member of tastecard (Taste Marketing Limited) or Gourmet Society who takes out any of the Qualifying Products from Buymobiles you will be eligible to receive a voucher reward (‘Member Voucher’). This is subject to the following promotion terms and conditions.

2.Qualifying Products in these terms & conditions are:
a new pay monthly contract mobile or;
a new pay monthly SIMO contract.

‘3. Eligible Member’ means a tastecard or Gourmet Society member who concludes a valid agreement with Buymobiles (A1 Comms Ltd) for a Qualifying Product via The Buymobiles (A1 Comms Ltd) website at www.buymobiles.net after 07/09/2020.

4. The Member Voucher will be an e-voucher which enables the member to a £10 or £20 sterling voucher to use at any Prezzo Restaurant in the UK (Prezzo Holdings). The customer will qualify for a £10 voucher if they have come through these links https://www.buymobiles.net/gourmetsociety

5. The use and redemption of the Member Voucher (including any expiry date) will be governed by the relevant voucher issuer’s terms & conditions.

6. If you are an Eligible tastecard or Gourmet Society Member Buymobiles (A1 Comms Ltd) will send your ‘Member Voucher’ to the email address used to purchase a qualifying product. This email will contain a link & unique code enabling you to claim your Member Voucher (‘£10 or £20 sterling Prezzo voucher depending on which link the customer has come through).

7. The Voucher Email will only be sent to you if tastecard or Gourmet Society has received confirmation from Buymobiles (A1 Comms Ltd) that you have become an Eligible Member. Such confirmation will be subject to the confirmation of any ‘credit check’ period that may apply to the relevant Qualifying Product. A completion is deemed successful when tastecard or Gourmet Society has received payment/commission from Buymobiles (A1 Comms Ltd).

8. The timescale for fulfilment of your Member Voucher is typically made to Eligible Members within 60 days since your purchase of a qualifying product has been accepted and confirmed.

9. tastecard or Gourmet Society reserves the right to make the final decision on member eligibility. tastecard or Gourmet Society’s liability to any Member or Eligible Member for all or any claims arising from this promotion or in connection with it shall be limited in aggregate to £10 if the customer has been introduced through the links https://www.buymobiles.net/gourmetsociety. https://www.buymobiles.net/tastecard and £20 if the customer has been introduced through the link https://www.buymobiles.net/tastecardplus and in all cases will exclude any indirect or consequential loss but this limit shall not apply to any claims arising from death or personal injury or which cannot be excluded by law.

10. In the event of suspected Fraud tastecard or Gourmet Society has the relevant policies and procedures in place. If such incident takes place in connection with any member of Eligible Member tastecard or Gourmet Society will notify appropriate authorities and provide the contact details of any suspected Member or Eligible Member to law enforcement and government agencies.

11. REGULATORY INFORMATION: For the avoidance of doubt tastecard or Gourmet Society is not a provider of any Qualifying Products and acts only as an introducer for materials submitted and created by 3^rd parties. tastecard & Gourmet Society is owned and operated by The Dining Club Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09578541 and with its registered office at Birkby Grange, 85 Birkby Hall Road, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD2 2XB. tastecard & Gourmet Society will use your personal data in the provision of your Membership to you, in accordance with our privacy policy.
